5StarWines – the Book is the wine selection organized by Veronafiere in collaboration with Assoenologi.
One wine selection with two points of view: first, the event, a three-day blind tasting with an international jury of wine professionals; second, the official 5StarWines – the Book guide, containing all wines with a score of 90 points or more. In this 7th Edition, 2023, 733 wines were selected for inclusion in the Guide from over 2,200 registered labels.

Wine Without Walls is the section of 5StarWines – the Book dedicated to certified organic and/or biodynamic wines. The goal of Wine Without Walls is to spread awareness of sustainable viticulture and promote wines that most stand out in preserving the naturalness of the land, the vines and related products. Wine Without Walls is also an opportunity to recognize the commitment of producers in biodynamic, organic and sustainable agriculture, as they define new sustainable horizons both in the vineyard and in the cellar
