OperaWine, Finest Italian Wines: Great Producers Selected by Wine Spectator is the exclusive event organized by Veronafiere and Vinitaly, in collaboration with Wine Spectator. OperaWine offers international wine professionals the opportunity to taste and get to know the best Italian wines presented by Italy’s greatest producers according to Wine Spectator.

The American magazine specializes in tasting notes, industry news, and wine-personality profiles; it is a world-leading authority on wine, reaching more than 3 million readers.

Each year, the judges taste the selected Italian wines and provide reviews and scores based on different criteria.

After the assessment, the list of the top Italian wines is revealed, promoting Italian wine diversity and high quality. For OperaWine 2024, Wine Spectator selected 131 Italian wineries.

The 13th edition of OperaWine will be held on 13 April 2024 at the ex Mercatali Galleries and will precede the inauguration of Vinitaly.
