“The great whites: Pigato and Vermentino”
In-depth study on two of the main white grape varieties of the Western Ligurian Riviera, in order to understand their history, style and relationship with the territory. Six wines will be tasted: two Pigati and two Vermentini (coming from different soils and territories), one Pigato and one Vermentino Superiore.
