To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Vinitaly International Academy (VIA), this special tasting - organized in collaboration with **Cronache di Gusto - offers an exciting and nostalgic journey through 10 Etna wines from the 2015 vintage, a symbolic tribute to VIA’s decade-long journey.
Over the past ten years, VIA Ambassadors and Etna producers have developed a deep connection with the wines of this extraordinary volcanic region, enriching their knowledge and appreciation. This 60-minute session will focus on the power of storytelling, bringing together VIA Italian Wine Ambassadors and Etna producers for a conversation filled with memories and reflections on their shared discovery of the region.
Through the tasting of 10 Etna wines - selected from Etna Rosso and Etna Bianco of the 2015 vintage - attendees will relive the unique character of that vintage and explore how these wines have evolved over time. Guided by those who have witnessed Etna’s rise on the global wine scene, the session will highlight key moments, personal anecdotes, and the passion that has shaped these ten years of discovery.
This event is not just a retrospective - it is a toast to the future of Etna wines and the enduring camaraderie between VIA and its ambassadors.
