Giammario Villa is an Italian-born public speaker, wine and food educator and brand ambassador for the Franciacorta Consorzio and numerous Italian wineries in the North American market. With extensive experience in both academic and cultural settings, he collaborated with prestigious institutions such as The Getty Museum, the University of California, Los Angeles and the American Sommelier Association. Villa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communications from Bologna University, a Master’s degree in Event Organization from Profingest Business School, is a certified Master Taster, and has spent twenty years teaching and lecturing across Europe and North America. As a former journalist and photographer, he brings a unique perspective to his work, blending storytelling with his deep expertise in wine, food, and culture. Currently, Villa divides his time between California and Europe, where he continues to write, educate, and engage with international audiences, while enjoying family life.
