Description
Pantelleria is an island suspended between Europe and Africa, in the Strait of Sicily, shaped by the wind and a unique microclimate. A land full of charm, it embodies one of the many facets of Sicilian wine. This is a territory of heroic viticulture, the kingdom of Moscato of Alexandria, better known as Zibibbo. Here, the dedication of passionate, skilled, and resilient winemakers preserves a centuries-old tradition that transcends trends and conventions. In this masterclass, we will explore six different expressions of the island through the work of six emblematic wineries, each showcasing the enduring spirit of Pantelleria’s winemaking tradition.
