Piemonte’s white wines: an accelerating trend

Over the last 15 years, Piedmont’s impressive range of white grape varieties has quietly gained vineyard share from the better-known reds. This tasting will explore the story behind the increased plantings of white varieties, with a particular focus on native grapes. While some of these varieties have gained widespread recognition, others highlight the extraordinary range of Piedmont wine heritage. The tasting will focus on the most important varieties—some well-known, others very much worth discovering.
