Valentin Bufolin
Valentin Bufolin is the current champion of the Slovenian sommelerie. He obtained the 3 level, WSET 3 certification and also studied at the Court of Master Sommelier. He is the first Slovene to be certified as an Italian Wine Ambassador - IWA.
