Romina Castelletti

Romina Castelletti holds the position of Marketing Manager at the renowned winery Berlucchi Franciacorta, famous for its pioneering contribution to the production of Franciacorta in Italy. With solid experience in the wine and luxury beverage sector, Romina has developed innovative marketing strategies that have strengthened the positioning of the Berlucchi brand both nationally and internationally. Thanks to her expertise in branding and the strategic partnerships she has initiated, she has been able to enhance the identity of the winery, keeping it in line with contemporary trends and the expectations of the global market.

Speaker - Fabio Pirovano
Fabio Pirovano

Fabio Pirovano was born in Milan, Italy, in 1989. After his graphic design and university studies, he immediately started working in the graphic design world. Since 2016 he has been working with Pozzoli, where he is responsible for developing the Italian Wine & Spirits market. Thanks to his experience and strong technical background, over the years he has followed many complex projects, performing quasi-consulting work for Pozzoli clients in the Wine & Spirits field. He is currently attending the third level of the AIS course.

Speaker - Adriano Ioli
Adriano Ioli

Adriano Ioli is the Brand Ambassador and Sales Director at Sanfaustino Label, where he has built a successful career in the labels and packaging sector. He began as a top sales agent, achieving record-breaking revenues and earning company awards for two consecutive years, contributing to the company’s diversification and production upgrades.

From 2004 to 2008, as a Product Manager, he supported the sales team in Northern Italy, launching strategic initiatives that led to his promotion in 2009 as Sales Director for wine labels. In 2013, he took on the role of Commercial Director for all label areas.

A firm believer in teamwork and participative leadership, Ioli emphasizes the importance of motivating, inspiring, and developing talent. Under his leadership, Sanfaustino Label has grown into a joint-stock company with a turnover of around 40 million euros in 2023.

Mario di Paolo

Mario Di Paolo is the Founder and Creative Director of Spazio Di Paolo, a packaging design studio specializing in wine and spirits, with over 300 international awards, including the Pentawards “Designer of the Year” 2021.

Raised in the world of contemporary art and having collaborated with renowned artists, Mario Di Paolo developed a creative vision that transcends traditional design. His unique blend of artistic talent and deep technical expertise in wine and spirits infuses his approach, resulting in innovative design solutions that not only set trends but also redefine packaging standards in the industry.

From multi-layered, three-dimensional labels to the use of natural pigments like volcanic ash and chalk, Spazio Di Paolo’s creations turn packaging into interactive sculptures and provide brands with new ways to engage on the shelf. This groundbreaking approach has established the studio as a global leader in wine and spirits packaging.
