Michele Bertuzzo is a journalist, sommelier, consultant, and co-owner of the agency Studio Cru. He has been dedicated to wine communication for over twenty years, developing a keen ability to blend strategic marketing vision with the practical demands of day-to-day communication. Raised in his family’s wine shop, he earned a degree in Communication Studies from the University of Bologna, where he studied under prominent figures like Umberto Eco and Romano Prodi. He then gained experience in local Veneto media, focusing on food and wine journalism.
In 2007, he founded the communication agency Studio Cru, where he now serves as CEO and co-owner. The agency embodies his synergistic approach to communication, starting with brand identity development and executing strategies through three key areas: digital communication, press relations in Italy, and international PR. Supported by a talented team of 20 top professionals, he manages the communication for over 50 clients, including wine consortia and wineries of all sizes—from boutique producers to regional leaders—all united by their commitment to exceptional quality.
