Felicity Carter
Felicity Carter is the founder of the “Drinks Insider” podcast. She is Editorial Director of Areni Global in London and Editorial Consultant to an array of private clients. Previously, she was Founding Executive Editor of The Drop at Pix, Editorial Consultant for Liv-ex, and Editor in Chief of Meininger’s Wine Business International, which she built into the world’s premier wine business magazine, with subscribers in more than 38 countries. Her work has also appeared in The Age and Sydney Morning Herald newspapers in Australia, and in The Guardian USA, among many others. She is an international wine judge and speaker.

Since ChatGPT took the world by storm in November 2022, generative AI has made dramatic inroads into marketing, communications and operations. In this talk, Felicity will look at how it’s being used in wine, with real-world examples:
