The importance of protecting distinctive signs is often underestimated. Entrepreneurs, for instance, typically realize the critical value of registering their trademarks only when they face a challenge, whether it’s a customs block, a counterfeiter, or an inability to close a deal with a foreign distributor.
This workshop will provide a concise overview of the requirements for trademark registration, highlighting its potential not only as a tool to combat counterfeiting but also to enhance the value of a business.
What are the risks of not protecting your trademarks? What are the benefits of registration? How can you take action against those who try to illegally profit from your investments?
These are just some of the questions that will be addressed during the session.
