Federico Bricolo, born in Verona in 1966, has built a distinguished career in public service, holding key positions in both Parliament and Government. He was elected twice to the Chamber of Deputies and once to the Senate. In the Chamber, he served as Secretary of the Anti-Mafia Inquiry Committee and was a member of the Justice, Defense, and Environment and Public Works Committees. In the Senate, he led his political group as President and was a member of the Foreign Affairs and Immigration Committee and the RAI Oversight Committee. During Berlusconi’s third government, he served as Undersecretary at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
On the international stage, Bricolo was part of the delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) and served as Vice President of delegations to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the Western European Union.
For five years, he was Chairman of the Board of Editoriale Nord. From 2020 to 2023, he was a board member of Verona’s Catullo Airport. In May 2022, he was elected President of Veronafiere Spa, and as of November 1, 2023, he is a board member of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.
Adolfo Rebughini holds a degree in Economics and Financial Markets Institutions from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership certificate from eCornell University.
In 2007, he left PricewaterhouseCoopers to join the UniCredit Group, initially in the retail division. Later, he served as an International Industrial Relations Officer and Program Manager.
In 2014, he relocated to Munich, becoming Head of Human Resources for the Global Financing and Advisory, Family Office, and CIB France sectors. After completing this role in 2018, he returned to Milan as the HR Director for UniCredit’s Group Digital area, responsible for human resources, the development of digital skills, and strategic projects.
In early 2023, he embraced a new challenge in the trade fair industry, becoming the Chief Operating Officer of Veronafiere. By June 2024, he was appointed General Manager of the company.
