Stevie Kim is an influential wine communicator with a global reach. Her vertical focus is and has been for the past 10+ years on the promotion, education and communication of Italian Wine. Born in Korea and raised in the United States, Stevie is now based in Verona, a world-renowned center of wine production and trade.

Stevie Kim is well-known in the wine world for her many roles. As Vinitaly Managing Partner, Stevie leads a series of important brands and events including OperaWine (partnering with Wine Spectator), wine2wine Business Forum, 5StarWines – the Book, and Vinitaly International Academy (VIA).

She is also the driving force behind Mamma Jumbo Shrimp, a project that began as an umbrella brand of podcasts, books, and videos that soon turned into a media agency that transforms these formats into communication, promotion, and education tools for the wine world. Content production has remained the agency’s specialty, which, with a team and network of international contacts, helps Italian wineries find their story and tell it in Italy and abroad.
