Yue’s passion for food and wine began during her time in the financial industry, where fine dining sparked a deeper curiosity about wine. This curiosity led her to pursue wine studies and spend a year in agriculture, where she gained a foundational understanding of plants before fully committing to the wine industry.
At a wine investment firm, Yue had the opportunity to work closely with private collectors, learning their preferences, organizing events tailored to their tastes, and promoting wine awareness through masterclasses and newsletters.
Eager to become a well-rounded wine professional, she recently transitioned into hospitality and education. She now trains as a sommelier at a Michelin-starred restaurant and facilitates WSET courses in Singapore. Her journey is driven by a deep commitment to understanding all aspects of the wine industry, with the ultimate goal of giving back to the community she loves.
