Speaker - Alojz Felix Jermann
Alojz Felix Jermann

After a career in the wine industry that took him from working as a Chef de Rang in fine-dining restaurants in Australia to serving as a fine wine manager and brand ambassador in the United States for Jermann and Lux Fine Wines (Jermann’s U.S. importer), Felix has proudly represented Friuli Venezia Giulia in key international markets for Italian wine. His experiences, including that of a Sommelier, inspired him to develop a personal style of wine communication.

Since 2020, he has been creating communication projects in the wine sector aimed at conveying the true identity of wine labels. Authenticity and truthfulness are the foundation of the storytelling he offers to the companies he collaborates with, aligning with current trends to communicate unique experiences while boosting digital brand awareness and driving business growth.

Speaker - Martin Foradori Hofstätter
Martin Foradori Hofstätter

Martin Foradori Hofstätter represents the fourth generation of winemakers at J. Hofstätter, a family-run winery located in the heart of Tramin-Termeno in South Tyrol. True to the philosophy of his predecessors, he is dedicated to cultivating the family’s signature varieties, Pinot Noir and Gewürztraminer, as well as classic South Tyrolean varieties such as Lagrein, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon, and Schiava. He also continues his father Paolo’s mission to introduce “Vigna” (vineyard) labeling, which highlights individual plots, the foundation of any wine aiming to be a true “Cru.”

Martin has been tasked with guiding the winery into a new era, taking on entrepreneurial ventures in the Mosel region, with the acquisition of the historic Dr. Fischer estate, and in Trentino with the acquisition of Maso Michei. He also developed the Steinbock Zero product line, which offers dealcoholized wines—both a sparkling and still option—produced using a special technique that preserves the delicate aromas of the primary grape, in this case, Riesling.
