With a Degree in International Economics and more than 10 years of experience in Operations & Supply Chain in prominent international companies such as Philips and Moleskine, Elisa Sala has held managerial and strategic roles at a global level. She has also been involved in complex transformations, as well as in the implementation of NewCo and responsibilities in Marketing & Trade Marketing.
She joined Tannico in March 2023 as part of the transformation project from start-up to scale-up, bringing her accumulated expertise over the years. With passion and determination, she has implemented innovative and strategic projects in the areas of AI and Lean in Operations, Customer Care, and Content Management. She has also overseen the transformation and growth dynamics needed to meet the demands of all business channels such as B2C, B2B, WinePlatform, and WineBar.
Her curiosity has always led her to explore new and innovative fields, providing stimulation for professional transformation projects as well.
