Jaeyeon Kwon IWA

Jaeyeon Kwon is a young professional in the wine industry. She resides in Seoul, South Korea, and has been building a career in the wine industry since 2021. She is currently employed at VINOVINO CO., LTD, a wine importer, where she manages the wine shop and bar called “pvglab’” Prior to this, she worked at ICHON BAR, a wine bar in Seoul, also in 2021.

Jaeyeon has pursued extensive education in the field of wine and hospitality. After completing the 2024 Vinitaly International Academy Certification Course in Verona, she recently became a VIA Italian Wine Ambassador. She also holds an Intermediate certification in Wine, Water, and Tea from the Korea International Sommelier Association (KISA). Jaeyeon has completed the Wine, Water, and Tea Master Sommelier Course at Kyunghee University Graduate School of Tourism. Her foundational education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Foodservice Management from Kyunghee University College of Hotel & Tourism Management.

Jaeyeon has actively participated in numerous wine events, including prestigious gatherings such as Vinitaly, Prowein, and Summa. She has also contributed to the industry by assisting with the “Italian Wine Course for Young Sommeliers” at WINEVISION.
